How do I place an Order?
Thank you for visiting sealedbrands.com! If you are looking to place an order, please click on the shop page. Shopping online is the most convenient option while totally discreet and private. The Ripple Pack comes in either a twelve pack, or a three pack. When you select your product type and your desired quantity, you may then click “Add to Cart.” After adding the product to your cart, if you would like to continue shopping, select the "Continue Shopping" button. When you have selected all items for purchase, choose the "Check Out" button. If you have a coupon code or gift certificate, enter the code in the "Coupon Code" box located in the shopping cart and hit the "Apply" button to ensure that it is applied to your order. You will have the option to Login for an Express Checkout if you have already registered with the site. You are encouraged to register on the Site so that you can take advantage of Express Checkout for all future purchases. You may choose to make your purchase as a Guest if you would not like to register.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We do offer free shipping on all domestic orders. If you would like to update your shipping option for your product to arrive in a timelier manner, there may be an additional charge associated with that.
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipping times are 1-5 business days. We normally ship using services offered by the United State Postal Service (USPS). We ship to all states in the USA, and do not sell our product internationally.
Standard Shipping: usually takes 5-8 business days from the time of order to reach its final destination. Standard Shipping is FREE at Sealed, and this is a service we are proud to offer to our customers.
Expedited Shipping usually takes 1-4 business days from the time of order to reach its final destination. Expedited Shipping prices may vary depending on where you live in perspective to our headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. These rates are based on order weight, and location as well.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order within two hours of checkout. If you cancel your order after two hours, we will do our best to still cancel the order but cannot guarantee that the product will not be already on its way to your door. You may write to us under the “Contact Us” page on our site if you wish to cancel your order, or update shipping information.
